Learning to think about problems in new and inventive ways can often be the key to solving them – but thinking outside the box is easier said than done.
To learn how the pros do it, join BCG consultant Grant Gilmour and members of the BCG Digital Ventures team in a presentation covering both the theory and frameworks used in approaching problems creatively, and a number of interactive activities applying them.
