Lean Manufacturing, Lean Production, Lean Marketing, and the Lean Start-up, ….. The concept of Lean has taken off in business. Fundamentally Lean is about creating the most value from the least amount of resources.

Lean Canvas gives you an actionable and entrepreneur-focused business plan. It focuses on problems, solutions, key metrics and competitive advantages. This workshop will run particiapts through the basics of lean Canvas.

Bloom member Ryan Beckmand, a passionate advocate behind VR/AR and AI disruption, particularly within the education and training space, will present. Come learn the methodoligy and apply it to you idea, business, or organisation. We look forward to seeing you all there!
